MEMBERSHIP
In the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), it is the responsibility of the Session to examine and receive new members. The following are the different ways in which a prospective member might join with Westminster and be examined and received by the Session. Please read each option below.
Profession of Faith
We receive new members into the fellowship and the membership of the church by profession of faith by new believers in Christ and/or for those professing faith in Christ and coming into the membership of the church with baptism.
Certificate/Letter of Transfer
We will receive into our membership by a church letter anyone who is in good and regular standing in any evangelical church. We accept as valid any Christian baptism administered by an ordained minister in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, regardless of the mode used. The Clerk of the Session will be happy to write your previous church requesting a letter of transfer.
Reaffirmation of Faith
Those who cannot secure a certificate of transfer, or who have been inactive and wish to make a fresh beginning in the Christian life and rededicate themselves to God, are received on their own statement of faith in Christ.
Having read the above options, please select the way in which you would like to unite with Westminster:

REAFFIRMATION OF FAITH
